  • Built For More is for women who want to build strength, confidence, and muscle through sustainable hypertrophy training.

  • For the best results with this program you will need access to a gym.

  • Training Sessions:
    3 -4 sessions per week.

    Session times 30-60 minutes.

    Check-Ins and Monthly Calls:
    Check-ins 15 minutes.

    Monthly Calls 45 minutes.

  • Built For More is a 12 week program with a one off payment of $499.

    Alternatively a weekly payment plan of $45 per week for 12 weeks is available.
