For the best results with this program you will need access to a gym.

Training Sessions:
3 -4 sessions per week.Session times 30-60 minutes.
Check-Ins and Monthly Calls:
Check-ins 15 minutes.Monthly Calls 45 minutes.

Built For More is a 12 week program with a one off payment of $499.
Alternatively a weekly payment plan of $45 per week for 12 weeks is available.
